Body and Board texture by Johnny Boston.
Clouds and shader by Dakota Smith.
Breakdown
Shot was made in Houdini,rendered with Karma and comped in Nuke.
Hair and Clothes are Vellum sims. Body was rigged with KineFX and animated with Mixamo animations and some cleanup.
Jacket is first simmed and then made into a Cloud with volume noises and some Pyro sims over it.
Inspiration
I started working on this project in Dynamics 3 taught by wonderfull David Stripinis.
My eventual goal is to make a music video with this, to a song Blossom by Audrey Nuna.
This project has gone through many variations and fine tunning, my main goal for this shot is for it to be a proof of tools working, so I can begin storyboarding and developing this project forward. I have attached some earlier versions of it.
